Our Mitsubishi heat pump stopped working and we were referred to Beattie Air conditioning, right from the outset with the office staff to our tech Adrian who came out, the service was amazing. Adrian was incredible and got our heat pump working again, he also spent time with us adjusting our remotes and explaining just how a heat pump worked. We were so impressed by his workmanship. We had a great experience from start to finish. They turned up on time, provided a quote on the same day they visited our home. We asked a question about whether the size of heat pump would be too powerful for our power point, they sent an electrician to our house that same day to confirm it was ok. Ducted heating is by far the best way to heat your home in New Zealand and I can highly recommend Beattie Air to supply and install the system for you.
We were building with Mike Greer and they beat the normal supplier in every way: better price, better service and better after-sales care. The final set up is really well balanced and they went the extra mile to ensure it was set up really quietly as well. To top it all, we can control the system remotely for our mobiles with the Mitsubishi App. We're very happy!
