We’re excited to share another project milestone—our recent completion of a custom HVAC system for a new residential build in partnership with LOC Construction. This project stands out for its thoughtful design and seamless execution, ensuring a comfortable and efficient living environment for the homeowners.

Smart HVAC Solutions for Modern Living

The installation included:

• A Daikin ducted system to keep the main living space comfortable in all seasons
• A concealed unit designed specifically for the master bedroom, blending function with aesthetics
• A VAM heat recovery ventilation system, promoting fresh air circulation and energy efficiency

These systems work in tandem to create an environment that’s both comfortable and sustainable, perfectly suited to modern living.

Design Challenges and Innovative Solutions

One of the most significant challenges of this project was navigating tight ceiling spaces above the kitchen and living areas. The living space required a large capacity unit to ensure adequate airflow, which posed potential noise concerns. By addressing this early in the design phase, we ensured that the system operates quietly, delivering comfort without intrusion.
