This project, in partnership with Hillview Construction, required careful design to address space constraints while ensuring a high-quality outcome. We worked closely with the builder to execute the project smoothly.

Challenge
Tight space was a major challenge, requiring the ducted system to be installed in the basement and ducted up to the first floor. Grilles were cleverly integrated into the fire surround and hidden in the toe kick of the kitchen joinery to maintain a clean aesthetic.

Success
Completed on time and within budget, this project won multiple prestigious awards, including the Regional Supreme House of the Year. The single Daikin ducted unit was discreetly installed, achieving both functional and aesthetic success.
