Pak'n Save Papanui

Partnering with Armitage Williams Construction, this project spanned a significant 6263 square meters in Christchurch and ran from 2022 to 2024. The Pak N Save Papanui project, awarded through a competitive tender process, posed several challenges, including tight timeframes and complex requirements. However, Beattie Air Conditioning’s innovative approach and meticulous planning ensured the project was completed ahead of schedule, a remarkable feat given the constraints.

The project utilised advanced HVAC technologies, including Air Handling Units (AHU), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), and a state-of-the-art Refrigeration Heat Reclaim system integrated with a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS). These technologies not only provided efficient and reliable climate control but also enhanced energy efficiency, a critical factor for the client’s operational sustainability.

One of the standout achievements of this project was its timely completion despite the very tight timeframes.
