Engaged by Focus Projects, we were responsible for the installation of a highly efficient climate control system, including a Daikin VRV system, a Daikin ducted system, and a Zehnder heat recovery ventilation system. The project involved close collaboration with a Queenstown-based sub-contractor to ensure smooth execution.

Challenge:
The key challenge was meeting the strict passive house standards, which require precision in installation to ensure the home’s energy efficiency. Every step had to align with passive house regulations, adding complexity to the project.

The project was successfully completed on time and within budget. We ensured the seamless integration of advanced HVAC systems that met both the functional and energy-efficient requirements of the passive house, delivering optimal performance while adhering to the strict passive house standards.
