We were engaged by Offset Developments to design and install an efficient heating and cooling solution. Our in-house design ensured the system was tailored to the specific challenges of the site.

Challenge
With no roof space and the home being built on a hill, installation was difficult. The ducted system had to be installed under the floor, with elegant grilles positioned in the floor and concealed within the kitchen’s toe kick, all while maintaining functionality.

Success
Despite the complexity, the project was completed on time and within budget. Daikin ducted systems and Hi-wall units were expertly installed, blending performance with aesthetics.
