Designed by AO Architecture and built by Offset Developments, the home seamlessly integrates modern form with practical elegance. Beattie Air was engaged to provide a comprehensive heating and cooling solution, ensuring comfort across all seasons with:

• 3x Daikin ducted systems for whole-home climate control
• 1x Daikin bulkhead system for targeted airflow in specific spaces

Initially planned by the client, the system design was refined during construction to align with the evolving architectural details. Under the leadership of Samantha Niven, our team ensured a seamless installation, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining our high standards of workmanship.
